Shipping Policy

If the USPS carrier fails to deliver the order to the address provided, the package will be returned to Maranta Power. This situation is known as "bad address" and typically occurs when the customer provides an address without sufficient information for the carrier to locate it.

Another reason the USPS shipping company might return an order is because it hasn't been claimed. If the end customer doesn't pick up the order at the indicated address, the shipment will be returned to the nearest USPS office for several days and then to Maranta Power's offices. In this case, you can check your tracking number to verify the location of your order.

Remember to double-check your address digits before uploading. Please note that we cannot cover the costs of reshipping. We can reship your order with the correct address, but you will be responsible for these costs.

Orders take three days to a week to arrive at their final destination. This varies depending on whether you are located in or outside of Puerto Rico.
