Returns

You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

It's super simple. You just have to send us an email to info@marantapower.com with your order number and the details of your request. Our team will guide you through the next steps.

We want to fix it right away! Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it. If you notice any defects, damage, or errors, please email us at info@marantapower.com immediately so we can assess the situation and send you a replacement or solution.

Note: For accessories such as satin bonnets, diffusers, and brushes, you have 14 days from the arrival of your order to claim any manufacturing defects.

Yes. For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns of personal care goods (such as beauty and hair products that have been opened or used). We also cannot accept returns of sale items or gift cards. If you have any questions about the eligibility of a specific product, please feel free to write to us!

The quickest way to get the product you really want is to return the item you have (as long as it meets the policy). Once we receive and approve your return, you can make a separate purchase for the new item you prefer.

Once we receive and inspect your returned package, we will notify you by mail if your refund has been approved. If approved, the money will be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Please remember that it may take a few additional days for your bank or credit card company to process and reflect the funds in your account.

Shipping

We ship throughout Puerto Rico and the United States. To ensure your products arrive safely, we use the USPS Ground Advantage service for all our orders.

Shipping cost will depend on the total weight of your package and is calculated automatically at checkout. But we have good news! All purchases of $75 or more (after applying discount codes or subscription markdowns) automatically qualify for free shipping.

Once we process and pack your order, transit times usually take between 3 days to 1 week, depending on whether the shipment is within or outside of Puerto Rico. As soon as your package leaves our facilities, you will receive an email with your tracking number so you can follow its route step by step.

It is super important that you carefully review the digits and details of your address before purchasing! If you notice an error and your package has not yet been processed, write to us immediately so we can fix it. If USPS returns the package to us because the address was incomplete, incorrect, or did not have enough information, we can gladly resend it to the correct address. However, please note that the customer will have to cover the costs of this new shipment.

If the mail carrier leaves a notification and you do not pick up your order at the corresponding post office, USPS will hold the shipment for several days and then return it to Maranta Power offices. As with incorrect addresses, we cannot cover the costs of reshipping unclaimed packages. We recommend that you monitor your tracking number closely to know exactly where your maranta is at all times.

If your package is unusually delayed or you need to notify us of an address change before it is shipped, our team is ready to assist you during our business hours, Monday through Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm:

Subscriptions

It's the easiest and most convenient way to ensure your maranta never runs out of its essentials. By subscribing to your favorite items or bundles, you receive automatic deliveries right to your doorstep at the frequency you choose, and with an exclusive discount on every order!

Our discount system rewards your consistency. Since our products are super concentrated, the more frequent your delivery, the greater your savings:

  • Save 10% on deliveries every 20 or 30 days.
  • Save 7% on deliveries every 40 or 45 days.
  • Save 5% on deliveries every 60 or 90 days.

Not at all! You have complete control over your hair care routine. You can cancel your subscription at any time without hidden fees or penalties, as long as you do so before your next order is processed.

Of course! We know that with Maranta Power, less is more, and sometimes products last longer than expected. From your customer portal, you can temporarily pause your shipments, move forward or delay your next delivery date, and change your payment method with just a few clicks.
